Dr. Sitaram Arkalgud, Vice President of Technology at TEL Technologies Center America (TTCA), works on 3DI and Heterogeneous Integration and holds more than 70 patents - many of which are in Advanced Packaging. What does that mean? Come find out! Learn about materials engineering, applications for semiconductors, and more.
