Growing Edible Mushrooms on Wood In-Person
[For adults & teens] Gerry McDonald, from the Mid-Hudson Mycological Association, will talk to us about fungal biology and mushroom growth. Gerry will also demonstrate the process of inoculating hardwood logs with shiitake mycelium and talk about log care and growing mushrooms.
