Read with Rocket In-Person
[For ages 5 - 12]
Come read to Rocket - a certified therapy dog who loves to cuddle and loves to listen to children reading! Trained by Therapy Dogs International, Rocket is a great companion for kids while they practice their reading. Kids are encouraged to come to the library, grab a book (or bring their own) and get comfy while they practice reading aloud. This is a drop-in program; no registration required.
